I arrived into Thailand this weekend and have been in content-creation mode non stop. I did take a chance back at the hotel to process this one picture I thought y'all would enjoy.
(and yes that sun picture is real... it was burning through the bottom while still streaming light over the top).
This picture is of Wat Arun, a famous Buddhist temple in Thailand. I took it from a really cool little Italian restaurant across the way that is attached to a boutique hotel named "Arun Residence". I will stay at this place next time - be sure to get the balcony room at the top if you come... it's just over $100 a night.

And it's too bad there's not another one this year, I know it was rough holding a venue there...I can attest to that...more on that story later. It wasn't easy getting your fotos, I had to wait there which was fine, it was ok...because I was enjoying all the acts...but I waited for you and squeezed in front as much as possible...NERD was there, JAY-Z was there...do you know how crazy the mosh pit was that was happening all around me? I've never experienced that before to that degree, it was incredible...it was crazy especially when your buddies came before you NERD & JAY-Z (loved their acts too though they really hyped on the crowd it was K-OS ;)...I had to dodge flying bodies and push and fight my way through all the crazy fans...including myself...the body surfers, it was fun :) but hard work and I'm not very tall either you know, I had to tip toe quite a bit! ...so I'm asking you also, can I take your picture when you get here? Pretty please? :( Also, another crappy reason was my hard drive and I lost a lot of the fotos and I was depressed then my teacher told me to get a Drobo which I haven't done yet but I'm going to hopefully soon...because I don't have any more disk space now and transferring files sucks, it's too slow for me? We are commonly asked about the buildings which remain standing. Most were destroyed. What we see are those in remote areas and those which were so incredibly massive in size it was impossible to destroy them, even with the use of cannons. However, the entire Aztec capital was destroyed, and in its place is the capital of Mexico, Mexico City, and its hundreds of Catholic churches and cathedrals.
We are also asked if we believe the world will end in 2012? The answer is: "no." The next cycle of the Mayan calendar ends on 2012. Does this mean the Maya's believed the world end on 2012? No. It means the calendar ends. Yet, there is also a warning, and we must learn from the past, so let those with eyes, see.

all the world is a stage and everyone has their part, but how was i to know which way the story'd go...i had a blog before which had a lot of good fotos & videos but fell victim under the pale moonlight...it's bittersweet because you would've seen the whole story come together but that's ok, i have a very good memory so we'll just call this déjà vu...now i start over...i'll dust it off and try again, don't know how long it will last this time...maybe for just one more night with another songbird.
